What does NimbleTel actually do?
We’re an AI-led growth partner for challenger telcos. Flow handles B2C digital acquisition end to end — search to purchase, in minutes, zero human touch. Pipeline qualifies B2B/SME leads and hands them to your own sales team to close. We never touch your network, billing, or regulatory obligations.
How is this different from a regular marketing agency?
Most agencies sell hours and campaigns. We’re paid on results (CPA, qualified leads, rev-share) on top of a flat fee, and every AI conversation and decision is visible to your team — nothing runs as a black box.
What do we need to provide to get started?
Your full product catalogue, pricing, USPs, and FAQs — the FAQs specifically are what let our AI handle real objections instead of running a generic script. This happens in a Discovery step before any creative is built.
Do we need a bigger team or new infrastructure?
No. That’s the point of “nimble” — no new hires, no new office space, no new tooling to manage. You brief us once; the AI system does the ongoing work.
How long is the pilot?
90 days, scoped to one defined segment. Exclusivity for that segment is earned by hitting a volume floor during the pilot — it’s never granted upfront.
What happens after the pilot?
If the volume floor is hit, we move to a segment-exclusive agreement for the following term. If it isn’t, we review what the data actually showed and decide together whether to adjust the segment or the approach.
Is this only for MVNOs, or established operators too?
Built for challenger telcos and MVNOs first — that’s where the digital-native segment gap is sharpest and where a partner our size can move fastest. Larger operators are a longer conversation, not a no.
Which markets do you operate in?
Singapore is live today (Zym Mobile). Malaysia and Cambodia are target markets with the groundwork already mapped. The signing entity is ThriveOnz Group UK LTD.
Do you run free pilots or proofs of concept?
No. If we build this together, we both put something real on the table from day one — a flat monthly fee plus performance, not a free trial.
