We ask partners for ninety days. Not twelve months. Not “let’s see how it goes.” Ninety days, with a real checkpoint at the halfway point. Most vendors want the opposite — a long contract, low visibility, enough runway that a slow start doesn’t show up until it’s too late to matter. We built the shortest version of this we could defend, on purpose. If we’re right, ninety days proves it. If we’re wrong, ninety days is a cheap way to find out. Either way, nobody’s stuck. We’d rather earn the next ninety days than be owed them.

The 90-Day Rule
Ninety days is enough time to prove the model. It is not enough time to hide a bad result behind a good story.
